I didn't even know that you had a website. I can honestly say that I've read a few of your published works and things that you are working on and I feel that you are totally underappreciated. Your research and knowledge of what you write about is excellent and woven into the fiction of your stories with real artmanship. More of your works should be published and available for everyone to enjoy.

Hi Krista
Good to hear from you. Many thanks for your too-kind comments and for your constant support in reading what I produce!
Very kind regards

New reader of Archibald
I am from a small mountain town in North Carolina, and discovered your book "Pryde's Rock" in the Recommendations Section of our library. Fabulous read;thoroughly enjoyed the historical accuracy. I look forward to finding more by M. Archibald.

Dear Carole

I very much appreciate your kind comments about Pryde's Rock. It was a book I enjoyed writing, and many of the incidents were based on real life.
The sequel, 'Pryde and the Infernal Device' is available in some libraries; hopefully in yours. If you find it, I really hope you enjoy that book too!
With very best regards
Malcolm

Pryde and the Infernal Device
Another book, another hit. I particularly like the Kate Denton character. Having a female who is neither a wimp nor overly macho is different and works very well.
Will there be a third Pryde?

Thanks for everyone
What can I say, a fantastic author, a lovely man and a brilliant lecturer.
We are all gutted you won't be teaching us this year.
Good luck for the future and take care.

Congratulations!
Just a note to say well done on the launch of the new book, I hope it gets you to the top! Well done again. Oh, and when will 'excentricity' be on the shelves?
